Barbara Ligner
A lawyer since 2002 and founder of the LIGNER & ROCHELET Firm, Barbara Ligner holds a degree from the Paris XI University where she obtained a Master in business law with a tax law option. She also holds a Master II as Business Jurist in partnership with HEC.
Barbara was employed in the Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions department in the August & Debouzy Firm where she exclusively worked in corporate law and merger & acquisition operations. In particular, she took part in several major files for real estate financing operations.
Barbara then worked in the Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions department with the De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés Firm where she mostly operated in the fields of corporate law and mergers & acquisitions.
She continued her career by developing her litigation skills by joining, as senior associate, a Paris business law firm where she contributed to several operations in the fields of banking law, construction law and insolvency procedures.
From 2006 and up to founding the LIGNER & ROCHELET Firm in 2010, she acted as senior associate in a Paris legal business consulting firm, where, with Jérôme Rochelet, she took part in developing the corporate law department.
Barbara has also written several work and study documents on turbo funds, joint copyright management companies and the usefulness of warranty agreements in corporate transfers.
Barbara's main activity is dedicated to corporate law consulting services.
